Expanding this vision in ways that Bishop Whipple couldn’t possibly have imagined, Shattuck-St. Mary’s is casting Bishop’s Whipple’s vision for mission into an international arena. Shattuck-St. Mary’s school in Faribault is developing partnerships across the globe to launch new programs and campuses that will expand the Shattuck-St. Mary’s school community into a global network.
Shattuck-St. Mary’s is a college-preparatory boarding school founded in 1858 by the Rev. Dr. James Lloyd Breck and soon thereafter headed by Minnesota’s first Episcopal Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Henry Benjamin Whipple.
